Our naked, sweat soaked bodies were entwined, my breath came in shallow pants and the feeling was just...just... how did it feel? Incredible? Fantastic? Amazing? The room was dark and I couldn't make out anything. I didn't know where I was and I wasn't sure who held me. It didn't feel familiar to me, but at the same time it felt comfortable. "Roll over." I knew that voice, but I had never heard it like that; laced with desire and need that made all my nerve endings sing. Who was that? I rolled over as if my mind and my body weren't connected, because it was clear that my body was in control. A warm hand slid between my legs, quickly finding the center of my need that was slick with desire. His hand moved rhythmically to a song that apparently both our bodies heard but my ears didn't. I heard my voice cry out with pleasure as orgasmic sensations radiated through my body. He lifted my hips up towards him and I felt him slide into me. Hard but silky soft and... there it was again... the words that escaped me... He rocked his hips against me pulling my hips back against him with one hand while continuing to stroke me with the other.

I cried out again and he breathed softly into my ear. "That's it Meira, let me hear what I do to you." He knew me and yet for the life of me I couldn't place him. Shit, why did this keep happening to me? His rhythm picked up and I thought my body would take flight. Oh God that felt great. He sped up, slid deeper and filled me more completely. Yes, like that. His grip on my hip rougher, his hand wetter. It was amazing. "Do you like that?" His voice deep in my ear. "Oh God, yes." He groaned, releasing my hip and gripping the back of my neck. "Like that?" I nodded frantically, I was so close. "Yes, just like that!" I didn't care who it was, it didn't matter as long as he didn't stop. I was right on the edge, both of us moaning in unison. He pulled me back towards him so that I stood up on my knees. He wrapped his arm across my chest, holding me tightly. He kissed my cheek tenderly. "Are you close love?" He whispered against my ear. I clamped my eyes closed, tears slipping down my cheeks. "Yes Lael, I am love."

I shot up in bed as my body convulsed in orgasm. My heart was still racing, my breath still coming in lusty moans. I threw myself backwards in bed, confused and aroused beyond belief. Was that a shared dream or just one I'd had by myself? I ran my hand back through my sweat soaked hair. "Holy shit, Lael?" I marveled looking up at the ceiling. I had never seen that one coming. I sat up in bed, slipping my feet over the edge and resting my elbows on my knees. I shook the images from my head. "I can't think about him right now. I have three dates before I get to his." I hopped down from the bed and poked my head out into the living room. The sun was up and I was probably in time for breakfast.

I jumped in the shower, turning the water a little cooler than I would have as I tried to calm my raging hormones. I washed by body twice and then shampoo and conditioned my hair. I turned off the water and headed into the closet. What was I going to wear for my date with Nathanael? I had no idea what we were going to do, so I had to pick something flexible. I pulled on jean shorts and a green sleeveless v-neck. It seemed like perpetually nice weather here. It was always going to be warm and sunny with a nice breeze. I pulled on a pair of socks and sneakers. I ran a brush through my hair and brushed my teeth before dashing out the front door. I quickly walked to the dining room, hoping that I didn't freak out if I bumped into Lael.

The dining room was practically empty when I walked in and I was practically hysterical when I saw Lael sitting by himself at a table. Luckily Nathanael wasn't here yet, so I slowly made my way over to where Lael sat. He looked up at me and smiled like nothing was wrong. "Good morning! You're up early." I smiled looking down at him nervously. "Yeah. Um, hey... did you by any chance dream about anyone last night?" His eyebrows rose, practically meeting in the middle as he studied my face intently. He bit his bottom lip smiling. "Judging by the expression on your face I can tell that you did and I really wish I had too. But no, I'm sorry. I didn't have any dreams last night."

I sat down on the bench next to him, laughing myself into a heap beside him. I cleared my throat, sitting up casually as I looked into his face. "Alright then. We're going to pretend that none of that just happened and you can get back to eating your breakfast." His brown eyes danced as they met mine. "You aren't even going to tell me about it?" I shook my head placing my hands on the table as I stood up. "Nope. This one is a secret I get to keep to myself." He placed his hand over mine. "Did I say anything?" I nodded looking down at his hand. "Yeah, you said a few things." He smiled taking his hand off mine. "Tell me one thing that I said and I won't mention it again." I walked behind him, placing my mouth near his ear and whispering softly. "You called me love Lael. You called me love." I stood up and walked towards the kitchen to dish up food. I cast him a quick glance over my shoulder and he was sitting back in his chair, watching me. His eyes met mine and for the first time in the past three day, I was really looking forward to reenacting my dreams. He smiled and I smiled back before walking into the kitchen.

I quickly sidestepped the door, pressing my back against the wall as my knees went weak. Aureliana looked up at me. "You ok there?" I sighed. "I will be if I could stop dreaming. It's getting hard to look at people." She laughed. "Did you have another dream last night? I didn't." I shook my head standing back up and crossing the room to her. "It wasn't a shared dream, thank Heavens." She raised her eyebrows and lowered her voice. "You are a little flushed. Was it a sex dream?" I rubbed my hands on my face. "Shut up, just stop. I can't talk about this." She grinned. "My little sis is becoming a woman in her dreams." She giggled and I shot her a stern glance. "Look, I've got dates happening and I can't be talking about this right now ok. Can we please drop it?" She frowned. "Party pooper." I rolled my eyes and shook my head. "I'm glad you find it humorous. I find it potentially devastating and if you mention this to anyone I will bring up some shit you have long forgotten."

Just then the door swung open and I shot daggers at her with my eyes before ever turning my head to see who walked in. She nodded grudgingly and I dished the eggs up onto my plate. I looked down at the eggs before looking back up at her. "Who cooked breakfast this morning?" "I did." I turned to see Lael leaning against the counter behind me. I set my plate down. "Shit." Aureliana burst into laughter. "Oh please tell me you didn't." I threw my hands up in the air. "Just shoot me now." Lael raised his eyebrows and Aureliana cleared her throat. "I'm going to go. Thanks for cooking Lael, it was...heavenly." Her eyes met mine pointedly and I rubbed my forehead as she left the kitchen.

Lael watched her leave and then looked up at me. "She's a little strange this morning isn't she?" His eyes met mine and I remembered that he had said he wouldn't mention the dream again. I nodded. "I think she took too many happy pills this morning." He smiled. "Maybe she should give you some. You seem a little out of sorts." I shook my head. "No thanks, I think I had a little too much happy myself. I think I'm overloading." He motioned to my plate of eggs. "So are you going to eat?" I looked down at the plate. "Um?" He crossed the room and took the fork out of my hand. He scooped up a bite of eggs on the fork and held it up to my mouth. "They aren't poisoned, I promise." I wrinkled my brows. He opened his mouth making noises like you would if you were trying to get a little kid to eat. I rolled my eyes at him and he smiled. "Well if you weren't being such a brat and just ate the damn bite." I narrowed my eyes at him and took a bite. He grinned triumphantly and gave me a quick peck on the lips while I had my mouth full. "Your secret is safe with me love." He whispered into my ear as he walked past me, putting his plate in the sink.

I swallowed the bite as I turned around looking at him as he walked past me again, patting me on the back gently. "If I don't see you until dinner, have a great day ok." I nodded and he winked at me. "I will Lael, thank you. You too." He smiled and nodded before walking back out of the kitchen. I picked up my plate and walked around the counter sitting down at the stool. "This day had better get easier or I'm hiding in my house all day." I grumbled scooping another bite of eggs onto my fork. I shook my head snickering. He had called me a brat and instead of getting offended I had just took it in stride. The door swung open again and I smiled as Nathanael walked in. "You're already up? You're never up early!" I grinned at him. "Good morning to you too Nathanael." He sighed. "I get to have a date with you in the morning and it's the one time you get to breakfast early." I patted the counter next to me. "I saved you a seat." He smiled and crossed the kitchen to dish up a plate of eggs. "Thank you and good morning."

I stood up, walking over to the cabinet and pulling out a glass. "Do you want some milk or juice or anything?" He nodded. "Sure, I'll have whatever you're having." I pulled out a second glass and poured us each a glass of orange juice. I carried them over to where he was sitting down next to my plate and handed him a glass. I looked at his dark blue jeans, grey zippered hoodie and white t-shirt underneath. "I wasn't sure what we were going to do today, but it seems like maybe I'm dressed appropriately?" He nodded. "Nothing fancy. I really just wanted to spend some time with you. I thought maybe we could take a walk and if you didn't object, maybe I'd serenade you later."

I sat down next to him, staring at him. "You want to serenade me?" He smiled. "Are you more surprised that I can sing or that I want to sing to you?" I nodded. "Yes." He chuckled. "I think you'll find that I'm full of surprises. And you my dear need to stop selling yourself short." I smiled at Nathanael, two months my junior and yet he was approximately the same height as me. Of course, I'm vertically challenged so that isn't saying much. "Are you trying to make a short joke?" He shook his head smiling. "Beautiful, I wouldn't dream of it." I looked into his breathtaking blue eyes. "There you go trying to charm me again." He leaned closer to me looking at me through his thick lashes. "Is it working?" I placed my forehead to his, knotting my fingers in his hair, pulling it back out of his face. "Maybe." He grinned, drawing me in deeper into his trap.

I released his hair and sat up, scooping up a bite of my eggs. "You should eat, our food is getting cold." I took a bite and raised my eyes at him, waiting for him to follow suit. I crossed my arms over my chest watching him as he sat there staring at me. Finally he broke into laughter and shook his head. "Alright, you win." He took a bite of eggs and then scooped up another, waiting until his mouth was empty before eating it. I nodded triumphantly and we continued eating until both of our plates were empty. Nathanael stood up first, taking both my plate and his to the sink before turning around and grinning at me. "So, are you ready to head out?" I held up my glass of juice. "I will be when I finish this." He reached over the counter, grabbing his glass and downing it. He set the glass down on the counter with a clink, waiting for me to finish. I smiled. "I'm so full, I don't know if I can finish this." He held out his hand for the glass and I handed it to him. He looked down at the glass and then rotated it before smiling at me as he placed his mouth over my lip print on the glass and finishing my drink. "Show off." His eyes burned into mine before turning and putting both glasses into the sink.

I stood up before he turned around and headed towards the door. "So are you coming or what?" He shook his head chuckling. "Is this how you're going to be today?" I held my hand out to him. "I think that depends on you." He took my hand, looking down at it curiously. I tilted my head. "What?" He shook his head. "I've never held anyone's hand like this." I giggled. "That's not true. You've held mine lots of times when we were kids." He shook his head. "Not like this." I smiled. "If you're getting all weird over holding my hand, I'm afraid what you'll do if I want to kiss you." He pulled my arm, knocking me off balance so that I stumbled backwards into him. "Do you want to kiss me?" His eyes were like brilliant blue pools and you just wanted to swim in them forever. I touched his cheek softly. "Not in the kitchen silly, other people actually may want to eat here."

He chuckled and led me out into the bustling dining room. I tried not to smile at the way he walked, proudly holding my hand as he pulled me alongside him. I caught several other pairs of eyes before Nathanael turned towards me, smiling radiantly and drawing my focus. "I just need to stop by my room real quick." I nodded. "Sure, I'll follow you." My dad opened the dining room door as we approached and he held the door for us, looking down at me with raised eyebrows. I shrugged and stepped up on tiptoes to kiss his cheek. "Good morning Daddy." He smiled. "Good morning honey, Nathanael." Nathanael nodded. "Good morning Sarandiel. Don't worry; I'll have her back by lunch." My dad grinned. "She's a big girl, she makes her own rules. Not me." I snorted. "Yeah, ok."

We walked from the dining hall through the center of all of the other houses, crossing over the gazebo, past more houses to the guys' dorm. Nathanael paused at the front door. "I don't think anyone should be here, but let me check just in case." I nodded and he walked inside, leaving me at the front door. He returned a minute later opening the door wide and inviting me inside. "It's ok you can come in. Everyone is still out at breakfast." I shook my head. "I don't think Lael was still in the dining hall. He made everyone breakfast and was just leaving when I got there." Nathanael raised an eyebrow and then walked over to Lael's door knocking softly. Lael opened the door. "Yeah?" He poked his head out and smiled at me. "She's alright to come in. I'm dressed and everyone else is gone."

I shook my head. "This is so weird. When I was here yesterday Zebulon tried to run through the hall naked. None of us girls would dare do that." Lael raised his eyebrows and Nathanael chuckled. "Pity. Guess we can cross that off our to-do list." I shrugged. "Although we have our own houses now, so you never know what we'll do." Lael smiled. "I promise not to ever run past you naked." He leaned against the doorjamb. "Unless you asked me to. Now I may try to strut past in a towel though." I blushed, knowing he had no idea how intimate my dream had been. I cleared my throat looking up at Nathanael. "You said you needed to get something?" He nodded. "Yeah." I followed him down the hall past Lael and into his room.

I stood in the doorway as Amadeus had done the night before while he went into his closet. "I just needed my guitar." I glanced around the simple room as he walked out with the black guitar case. "I don't know what to comment on first, your room or the fact that you wanted to get a guitar." He tilted his head looking at me. "Why are you standing in the doorway? I'm not going to try anything." I smiled shaking my head. "I wasn't afraid that you would." He shrugged. "Then why?" I shrugged back, glancing down the hallway where Lael was still standing in the doorway listening.

I stepped out into the hallway, answering his question so they both could hear me. "I'm standing in the doorway because when I was here last night with Amadeus, the impression I got from him was that all doors should be kept open, all female presences should be announced and it should be clear to everyone that no funny business was going on." Lael chuckled. "Amadeus lives by his father's antiquated rules. While we did require that all females be announced so we don't expose ourselves unnecessarily, the rest is a bunch of crap. Most of us don't particularly care what you do or don't do in your own room. Now common areas are a different story." I turned to Nathanael who nodded. "Yeah, that about sums it up for me too."

I nodded. "Well I guess that's good to know. I'll have to give him hell for making me feel awkward twice then." Nathanael touched my elbow as he stepped out into the hallway. "Nah just let it slide. He's having a hard enough time." I wrinkled my brows as he turned off the light and closed his door. "What do you mean?" Lael crossed his arms over his chest. "One day he's one of two guys on your radar and the next day he's one of what eight? How do you think that made him feel? I don't think he's thrilled."

I ran my hands through my hair, pushing it back from my face. "Things changed for everyone. I'm not the only one with options. There are five other girls he can date." I looked at both of them. "There are five other girls the two of you can date too." I frowned. "Besides it's really more like six, not eight. And for the record it started out as nine." Lael shook his head. "Actually it was eleven plus whichever uncle you dreamt about." I shook my head. "Ok fine but the other three never verbally showed interest and the uncle I dreamt about is really not an option. Besides nothing happened in that dream it was just feelings." Lael's eye met mine, asking a question that he wouldn't dare utter in front of Nathanael. "Anyway, I don't want to talk about my dreams." I turned back to Nathanael. "I believe we have a date with a guitar." He nodded, holding his hand out for me. "We sure do." I took his hand and he led me past Lael's room.

I stopped in the hallway as I looked into Lael's room. "Shit." Lael's eyes met mine as I realized I had been in his room in my dream. "What?" I pointed into his room. "Has your room always looked like that? I mean, since you got your own room?" He raised his eyebrows. "Yes. Why?" I leaned closer to him lowering my voice. "Nope. You said you'd never speak of it again." He smiled. "Touché." I shook my head and quickly pulled Nathanael out of the dorm. "What did I miss?" I shook my head pulling him off the front porch. "Nothing, it's not important." He stopped and crossed his arms over his chest. "You don't know where you're going." I dropped my arms in defeat, keeping my back to him. "Please. Please don't ask me about it. It has nothing to do with you and you really don't want to know." Nathanael placed his hand on my shoulder turning me around. I looked up and he smiled, pointing to a path that led behind the dorm. "We're going that way." I sighed, placing a soft kiss on his cheek. "Thank you." He nodded and took my hand again.

As we followed the path I realized I had never been behind their dorm before. "Has this path always been here?" He smiled. "Yes, but our destination hasn't been. I asked my dad to create it for me. That's part of why I was late to breakfast." I patted his arm. "You weren't late to breakfast, I was early." He smiled and motioned to a bunch of redwood trees. "Our date starts there." I stopped walking, turning to face him. "Actually it started when you walked into the kitchen. But if it makes you feel better I'll settle for saying it starts right now." He shook his head. "No, I'm ok with it starting in the kitchen." I smiled looking into his eyes. "You called me dear and beautiful in the kitchen. You also made a point at drinking from my cup in the exact spot I did and then asked me if I wanted you to kiss me." He smiled, taking a step closer to me. "You don't miss anything do you?" I nodded. "Actually I miss quite a lot. But I've noticed so little about you in the past that I wanted to make sure I didn't miss any more."

He pulled my hand, leading me towards the tree line again. "It's not your fault. I've intentionally made myself invisible so I can sneak off by myself and no one notices." He snickered, leading me through the trees. "Except my dad of course, he'd always find me and drag me back." I cast him a sideways glance. "Why would you want to spend so much time by yourself?" He shrugged. "When you're alone no one judges you or measures you up to anyone else." He shook his head. "Because Zuriel and I look so much alike and our dad's names are so close, I guess everyone has just sort of expected me to be like him." I wrinkled my brows. "That thought has never once occurred to me." He frowned. "I don't know if I should be happy or upset about that."

I jerked his arm turning him towards me. "Alright, I'm only going to say this to you once, so make sure you're listening alright." He nodded; his face sincerer because of my agitation. "I do not belong to Zuriel or Amadeus or anyone else I have dreamt about. None of them have an advantage when it comes to winning me over. I'm here because I'm interested in you and I'm going to give you every opportunity I can to show me who you are and why my heart should belong to you. Got it?" He smiled, reaching up and brushing a strand of hair from my face. "You're pretty cute when you're all riled up." I sighed, shaking away the blush that instantly covered my face. "You're pretty cute too." His face lit up, encouraged by my comment. "Now don't start that or we'll never get where we're going." I raised an eyebrow and he nodded his head back the way we had been heading. "We're almost there, come on." I squeezed his hand and he continued leading the way.

We walked a few yards further until we reached the shore of a lake. Pine trees lined it on all sides and in the distance I could see a snow-covered mountain. I shook my head in amazement. "This is beautiful Nathanael. You came up with this for me?" He smiled. "You really like it?" I nodded and he pointed a little further ahead. "That's our destination." I smiled at the wooden dock overhanging the lake. "You took me out into the woods, to sit on a dock on the edge of a lake overlooking a snow capped mountain while you play guitar and serenade me?" He smiled triumphantly at the obvious awe in my voice. "Yes I did." I squeezed his hand. "I hate to admit it, but it kind of makes me want to cry." He let go of my hand and wrapped his arm around my shoulders. "Then I promise not to tell anyone if you do." I tilted my head looking into his face. "You aren't anything like I expected you to be." He looked down at our feet and then up at me through his long, thick lashes. "You'd be surprised by the lengths a guy would go to when trying to impress you." I placed my hand on his cheek, staring deep into his eyes. "I already am." He looked from one of my eyes to the other and back before squeezing my shoulders. "Come on, I haven't even serenaded you yet."

As we set down on the edge of the dock I couldn't help but marvel at the sudden turn of events in my life. Two days ago I never would have considered spending time alone with Nathanael. Not because I had anything against him, but because I hardly ever saw him; another fact that caught me by surprise. Why hadn't I noticed his absence? He was only two months younger than me, the same age gap between Salathiel and I. Yet I never really spent time with either of them. I had spent more time with Matthias, who was three months younger than Nathanael and Aimi and Khittania who were even younger. I sighed as Nathanael took out his guitar. "I'm sorry I've neglected you." I placed my hand on his knee and he looked into my eyes. "It's alright, I get it. Besides, I spend a lot of time with Zebulon and Seosamh; so I'm not always alone. I hang out with my dad quite a bit too."

I shook my head. "But there's no excuse for it. I've spent plenty of time with Zebulon and the younger kids, but I can't recall spending even a fraction of that amount of time with you." He smiled. "I can. I've spent a lot of time with you. I've just always hung along the sidelines. It's where I feel more comfortable." I laughed. "I guess I'm like Zebulon. I'm loud and don't care where I am." He smiled. "Some people feel that it's easier to blend in if you're standing in a crowd. I get that too." I shook my head. "How did you get so smart? I don't even think the older kids would get that. I know I certainly don't understand it." He shrugged. "I watch people; it's just what I do. I find it fascinating."

I leaned back against one of the wooden pillars on the end of the pier, tilting my head as I looked at him. "And you also sing and play guitar." He nodded, strumming several chords. "That I do." I smiled. "So what are you going to sing for me?" He grinned. "Well I thought I'd start by just showing off and playing a few things I didn't write." I laughed. "So playing something you did write isn't showing off?" He nodded. "Well, my stuff is a lot simpler so it's not quite as impressive." I drew my knees up towards my chest, hanging my arms over them casually. "Play on music man." He smiled and strummed his guitar cheerfully. On boy could he play! He could sing too! He started with a song that had a mix between blues and a country sound. After a few more songs he switched up his style, singing to me one of my favorite songs to dance to. Of course it was an acoustic version but I still loved it. I tapped my feet, laughing and singing along with him. "That was great! I love that song." He nodded. "Of course you do... pretty brown eyes." I fluttered my lashes and he smiled slowing down his strumming. "This is one I wrote."

I dropped my knees, sitting cross legged so I could really watch him as he played. His fingers danced over the strings as he closed his eyes, getting lost in the music. It was like the guitar was telling a story. I lay back on the dock, looking up at the sky as he played. "It's lovely." He looked down at me. "Not nearly as lovely as you." I rolled over onto my stomach. I laid my cheek on my crossed arms and lifted my feet up towards my back, swinging my feet with his song. "I don't know about that." He changed songs, slowing his strumming even further. "I just wrote this last night, so bear with me." I turned my head looking up into his face as he began to play and sing to me. It was absolutely stunning, watching him pour out his heart in song. I felt breathless as he serenaded me.

When he finished he set down the guitar and scooted towards me, placing a hand over my back and leaning over me. I rolled onto my back looking up into his face. The sky above his head was blue, but it paled in comparison to his eyes. "I was wondering if you'd sing a duet with me at the talent show." I smirked. "You want me to sing?" He nodded. "I've heard you sing before and I think you have a beautiful voice." I shrugged. "I don't know. What song?" He smiled. "Do you know 'Poison and Wine' by the Civil Wars?" I nodded. "I love that song. Can you play it on your guitar?" He nodded. "I sure can." I thought about the lyrics. "Are you sure that's the song?" He smiled. "I think it's sort of appropriate." I nodded. "Alright then, let's do it."

He leaned down closer to me. "Can I kiss you?" I smiled up at him. "I thought you'd never ask." He slowly closed his eyes as he brought his lips down to mine and I did the same. His kiss was soft and sweet, unlike the others. It wasn't demanding, but timid and his lashes fluttered open as he slowly pulled away. It was nice, but it wasn't quite what I had hoped it would be. I chalked it up to nerves and gave him the benefit of the doubt, that the next kiss would be better. He smiled softly, his eyes sparkling with excitement. "I guess I should probably get you back. It'll be lunch time soon." I nodded and he helped me sit up.

He put his guitar back in its case and I placed my hand on his back, leaning close to him. "Nathanael?" He turned towards me and I surprised him by pulling him to me in a kiss. He gasped softly against my lips and I smiled, running my hands through his hair as I pulled back, looking into his eyes. "That was better." He looked from one of my eyes to the other. "Was it?" I nodded. "I like you breathless." He leaned closer, looking into my eyes. "Do you?" I nodded, brushing my lips against his before exhaling softly against his lips. "What do you think?" He smiled. "I think I have a lot to learn about you." I ran my hands down his chest as I leaned back, increasing the space between us. "I think I'd like that." He grinned, standing to his feet and holding his hand out for me. "Come on Beautiful." I took his hand and let him help me up, even though I didn't need it.

Being fawned over by Nathanael was pretty nice. I wrapped his arm around my shoulders, leaning against him as we headed back down the dock. "This has been unexpected and wonderful. Thank you." He nuzzled my ear. "You're worth it." I shook my head smiling. "You keep saying things like that and maybe I'll believe it." He placed a kiss on my cheek. "That's the point. You should." We made it through the trees and before we knew it we were back at his dorm. He stopped at the edge of the path that led around to the front entry and pulled me close, kissing me again. "I hate to, but I think we should end our date here, while everything is still perfect."

I smiled into his brilliant blue eyes. "If you insist." He nodded. "I do. But I look forward to stealing you away again soon." I smiled. "I know where to find you if you take too long." He laughed and let his arm slide down my back before letting go of me. "Thank you for this, you really made my day." I nodded. "Don't forget, we're going to have to practice our duet." He nodded. "Oh don't worry, I won't." We walked beside each other as we walked around to the front of the building. "Will you forgive me if I don't walk you home?" I giggled. "Are you kidding? I just walked you home." He grinned and I kissed him on the cheek. "I'll see you later." He nodded, opening the door and stepping inside. He turned and locked eyes on me before I giggled and walked away, leaving him staring after me.
