While they were gone I changed into the same green swimsuit I had worn in our dream. I started the bath water running and I brought the picnic basket into the bathroom. As I looked around the bathroom I noticed several candles and some matches for the first time. I walked around the room, lighting the candles and then placed them closer to the tub. Since the tub was sunk into the center of the floor it was fairly convenient and I also setup the picnic foods alongside the tub as well. I pulled my hair up into a clip on top of my head and pulled out some towels, setting them near the steps of the tub. I looked around the room, wondering if it was too much and if it would make the guys feel uncomfortable. I was just about to blow out all the candles and put them away when I heard the guys knock on the door.
I quickly left the bathroom, poking my head out into the living room hesitantly. Two beautiful smiles met me and I relaxed. Zuriel locked the door behind them and they both crossed the room towards me. They had already changed into their swim trunks and had their clothes rolled and tucked under their arms. I stepped back into my bedroom, motioning towards the closet. "You guys can put your clothes in the closet or in the bathroom, whatever you'd prefer." They looked at each other and shrugged. Amadeus motioned towards the bathroom. "We'll probably be wet after the bath, so I'll put my clothes in there so I don't get your carpet wet." Zuriel winked at me. "I'm going to play devil's advocate then and put mine in the closet with yours."
I knew he was aiming for shock value but I just couldn't let him get the last word in. I smiled sweetly and headed towards the bathroom, swaying my hips a little more than necessary. "Who said I'd be wearing any?" I couldn't bring myself to look back over my shoulder at him, but I did catch a glimpse of him in the bathroom mirror as I walked past it and it was beautiful. I walked straight over to the tub and stepped down into it, crossing the tub before turning to face them. Amadeus and Zuriel stood in the doorway looking down at me with expressions somewhere between lust and love and I knew I was in a world of trouble. Zuriel shook his head and stepped back out of the bathroom to put his clothes in the closet as Amadeus crossed the room, putting his on the counter. "I like the candles." He said softly, as he turned back towards me. "I wasn't sure if it would be too much, but they were already here." Zuriel entered the room, turning off the light switch. "It's a nice touch." He motioned to the walls. "Especially the way the candle light reflects off the tiles."
Amadeus pointed at the jet control panel as he stepped down into the tub. "Can I turn on the jets?" I nodded. "Knock yourself out." He pressed the on switch and the tub roared to life, exploding with bubbles. I squealed and jumped out of my seat, as a jet shot me in the butt unexpectedly. Zuriel fought a snicker and Amadeus smirked apologetically. "I did ask first." I groaned miserably. "I know you did, I should have felt for a jet before answering." I shook my head, laughing. "I just got a bathwater enema." Zuriel turned his back towards the tub, unable to control his laughter any longer. I splashed water at him and he growled, jumping down into the tub in front of me.
I squealed again, jumping backwards onto Amadeus. Amadeus fell backwards into the seat, catching me at the waist as Zuriel grabbed my wrists, jerking my arms up so my head didn't go under water. His eyes were huge as he stared down at me, making sure I wasn't going to drown. I burst into laughter at the absurdity of it and he snorted, letting go of my arms. As he did, I dropped into Amadeus lap and he chuckled into my ear. "Why, hello there." I blushed violently and Zuriel clenched his teeth, obviously biting back an inappropriate comment. I raised my eyebrows and looked back at Amadeus who chuckled. "Alright, just say it." Zuriel shook his head, smiling smugly as he sat down on the opposite side of the tub. "Nope, last time I said something like that, feisty over there got mad at me."
I wrinkled my face trying to imagine what he could have thought and then I paled, smacking myself in the forehead. "Dear God." Zuriel burst into laughter as Amadeus still hadn't caught on. "What?" I turned towards him, smiling. "He was going to mention something along the lines of you giving me an enema too." Amadeus clamped his eye shut, shaking his head as he tried not to picture it. I felt him flex against my rear as he thought it anyway and I bit my bottom lip. "Just had to go there didn't you?" He shrugged apologetically, snickering. "I can't help it. If you don't like it, get up." Zuriel exploded in laughter, ducking below the water as I cast him a stern glance. I turned back towards Amadeus, rotating on his lap so that I faced him. I wrapped my legs around his waist, sliding all the way down into his lap, so that his hard shaft was positioned snug up against the thin layers of my swimsuit.
Amadeus raised his eyebrows, looking into my eyes. "Um..." I smiled innocently. "What? I can't help it! If you don't like it, get up." I grinned, placing my hands loosely over his shoulders. He leaned closer towards me, meeting my sensual gaze with his own. "If I stood up right now, you'd be done." I raised an eyebrow. "How so?" He brushed his lips next to my ear. "Because I'd do you and then I'm pretty sure he would too." I swallowed loudly as my eyebrows rose so high they nearly popped off my forehead. He chuckled triumphantly into my ear and then leaned back, laying his arms on the sides of the tub, as if he couldn't give a damn what I did next. His eyes met mine and I knew that was the farthest thing from his mind; he cared exactly what I did next; he just didn't want to pressure me. I fanned myself playfully. "Oh my..." I unhooked my legs from his waist and he winked at me reassuringly, letting me know he knew how badly I wanted him. I backed up and slid into an open seat in the middle of the tub between them.
Zuriel sat quietly on the other side, water dripping of the end of his now slicked back hair. He was rolling his hand absently through the bubbles, trying not to make me uncomfortable by his presence. I exhaled loudly, staring at the water in front of me. "I'm in trouble with the two of you, aren't I?" I cast a quick sideways glance out of the corners of my eyes at each of them. Zuriel hung his head, wrinkling his brows and then looking up at me. "You don't have to be." I smiled shaking my head. "It was a rhetorical question Zuriel. Not one that needs to be solved." His eyes met mine. "Then why ask it?" Amadeus dropped his arms from the walls and Zuriel looked up at him. "I think she was just admitting out loud how we affect her." I smiled, raising my brows as Zuriel looked at me for confirmation. "It's just a matter of time. The real question is how much time." I looked at Amadeus, remembering how he had said practically the same thing a few hours earlier. He nodded and we both looked at Zuriel.
It was strange watching him at an apparent loss for words, for the first time since I'd known him. I scooted next to him, patting him on the thigh. "Hey, you don't always have to be in control. You don't need to have all the answers. Being the oldest doesn't mean you know what the hell is going on." His eyes met mine. "How do you feel right now?" I smiled. "Do you want the honest, no holds barred answer? Or would you like me to sugar coat it for you?" His jaw twitched as his eyebrow rose. "Just give it to him straight." Amadeus interjected, quietly from the other side of the tub. I bit my bottom lip, closing my eyes as I considered the ramifications of what I was about to say. Once I had put it out there, I couldn't take it back and there would be nothing keeping it from being a reality.
I took a deep breath and opened my eyes, meeting Zuriel's. "I'm extremely turned on right now, probably as much as you both are, if not more." I had sugar coated it anyway, figuring I'd see how he responded before really putting myself out there. He continued to meet my gaze and his silence made me slightly uncomfortable. "This afternoon..." I added, tucking my hair behind my ear as he nodded. "Was nothing compared to how I feel right now." His chest rose and fell a little more rapidly and I counted his breaths. He looked down at the water, up at Amadeus and then back at me. "So what are we supposed to do about that?" His voice was quieter than I'd ever heard him speak and I almost missed what he said. I wrinkled my brows and he wrapped his hand around mine. "Do you want us to ignore it and take your flirting with a grain of salt?" He looked over at Amadeus again. "Or do you want us to give it back as good as we get?" His eyes met mine and I could barely breathe.
I forced a deep breath and slid under the water, trying to give myself enough alone time to really consider his question. What did I want? Did I want to keep up this charade; this game of give and take? Did I just want to have fun? Or did I want to give in to them and just be real? I slowly rose, poking my head above the water, blowing bubbles on the surface as I exhaled. I ran my hands through my wet hair, pushing it back off my face as I leaned back against the side. I looked from one of them to the other, suddenly feeling very tired. "You know what? I think for now we should probably just call it a night. It's been a very long and eventful day. We don't have to make any serious decisions tonight." Both guys smiled at me and Zuriel nodded as Amadeus stood up. "That's probably a very wise decision." He wrapped his arm around my shoulders as Zuriel stood up and nodded. "I'll let you go get changed first." I smiled and walked out of the bathroom, grateful for a few minutes to myself.
As I closed the closet door behind me, I let myself have a freak out moment. What the hell was I doing? I decided that I was going to force myself to go to sleep and let tomorrow sort itself out because today has definitely been long enough. It had witnessed too many traumatic moments, too many emotionally driven close calls and I wasn't ready to tie my soul or my body to these two guys after just one day. I didn't care if my body wanted to; my brain had the final say. I pulled on my favorite long black, cotton nightgown. It was comfortable and left a lot to the imagination with its baggy shape. It had a scalloped hem that hung around my mid-calves and a small ruffle on the arms, making it a little more feminine than an over-sized t-shirt. I smiled at my reflection in the floor length mirror. The nightgown also had a tiny hot pink bow at the collarbone, the one girly concession I had secretly adored.
I stepped out of the closet, heading straight to the bed and ignoring the guys. I crawled into the middle of the bed, snuggling down into the covers. Amadeus stood in the bathroom doorway, watching me carefully and Zuriel stepped into the closet to change. I smiled and patted the bed. "I'm not going to bite." He nodded and crossed the room towards me, walking around to my right side; farthest from the closet. "Are you sure you want us to stay? You can still change your mind." I nodded, yawning. "I'm ready to pass out. Don't take it personally, but I'm not sure I'll even know that you're here." He nodded as I pulled back the covers for him. "Then I'll try not to mind if you steal all the covers or try to kick me off the bed." I giggled as he crawled in and Zuriel entered the room. "I'm not used to sharing a bed, so it's quite possible." Zuriel smiled as I pulled the covers back for him. "We saved you a spot." He laughed, crawling in bed next to me. "Gee, thanks."
I gave them each a quick kiss on the lips as they curled towards me and then snuggled down closer. "Lights off." I spoke quietly to the lights, smiling when they obeyed my command. I wrapped my hand around Amadeus'. "Good night Amadeus." He kissed the back of my hand. "Sweet dreams Meira." I smiled and turned my head towards Zuriel, taking his hand as well. "Good night Zuriel." He squeezed my hand gently. "Sleep well Meira." I sighed, laying flat on my back between them. I laid there listening to the sound of our slowing breaths as we all succumbed to slumber.
